2. Products
All our products are made to order through our fulfillment partner Printify.
Because each item is produced specifically for you, slight variations in color, placement, or size may occur. These are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1 Ordering
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This email confirms that we have received your order, not that it has been accepted.
A contract is formed when we accept and process your order for fulfillment.
3.2 Payments
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
3.3 Pricing
All prices are listed in EUR (or local currency if displayed).
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and Printify’s tax collection obligations.
4. Taxes and Duties
We are a Finnish company.
Orders fulfilled by Printify may be subject to local taxes or import VAT, depending on your delivery country (e.g., Norway 25% VAT).
Printify automatically collects and remits taxes where legally required.
You will not be charged additional VAT by us — all applicable taxes are handled at checkout.
5. Shipping
We work with Printify to produce and ship your order.
Shipping times depend on the production partner and destination country.
Estimated delivery time is provided at checkout but may vary due to:
- Production time
- Customs clearance
- Carrier delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our products are custom-made.
We therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or change of mind.
However, we will replace or refund any item that is:
- Defective or damaged, or
- Incorrectly printed or fulfilled
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue

7. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production.
If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order — we’ll do our best to assist before fulfillment starts.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of E&E Strategies Oy Ab or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
