1. Made-to-Order Products

All our products are custom-made to order through our fulfillment partner Printify.

Because each item is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Wrong size, color, or design choice
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

This complies with EU and Norwegian consumer protection laws, which exempt customized goods from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We take product quality seriously.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date if undelivered).

To process your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.


3. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is lost in transit or never arrives, we will reprint and resend it after confirming with our fulfillment partner.

4. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

A new order can be placed at your expense.

6. Returns

Please do not send products back to the return address on the package.

Returns are only accepted if requested by our support team. Most issues are resolved with a replacement or refund — physical returns are rarely required.

This policy is governed by the laws of Finland, and complies with applicable EU and Norwegian consumer protection regulations.
